Sweet Garden Greens


  • ¼ cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Pure Honey
  • 1 tsp. Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp. Stevia
  • ½ tsp Red Curry
  • ½ tsp. Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Pure Olive Oil


  • 3 cups Fresh Kale
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • ½ cup Mango
  • ¼ cup Green Apple
  • 1 cup White Beans
  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seed

Directions: In a bowl, add all dressing ingredients except oil, mixing until the sugar is dissolved. Slowly add the oil and mix in until smooth.

Wash the kale and spinach and use a lettuce spinner or towel to dry it (make sure it is not wet).



In a Ziploc bag, add the greens first and then slowly coat the greens with the dressing. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the kale is soft.


Add the greens to a bowl tossing with chopped mango and apples. Rinse the white beans to reduce the sodium and add to the top of the salad and sprinkle it with CHIA seeds. Enjoy on a summer night or bring it to your next picnic
