  • 1 cup kale – loosely packed, stems removed
  • 1 apple – core removed, cut in chunks
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup parsley (optional)
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 1 inch piece ginger root – quartered
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Almonds
  • 1 cup COCOZIA coconut water (link below)
  • Ice to thicken


  1. Place all ingredients except for the ice in a high speed blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add ice until desired thickness
  3. Enjoy this smoothie bright and early in the morning or after a workout to keep your body and mind fueled all day. The coconut water is 100% organic and is very beneficial in hydration.
